At Alivenzo, we want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, here's how it works.
60-day money-back guarantee
If your bracelet isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, for any reason.
To cancel, email us at Alivenzo.shop@gmx.fr before the 14 days are up. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You won't pay any return postage, and this doesn't affect your other rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to return an item
- Email Alivenzo.shop@gmx.fr with your order number
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions
- Send the item back — unworn and complete
Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as we can't process returns without a reference.
Return postage
Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect — in that case, we cover it.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. We refund the price of the item plus the standard delivery cost you paid.
