1. Who you're buying from

These terms govern all purchases made through alivenzo.com from Alivenzo ("we", "us").

Placing an order means you accept these terms.

2. Our products

We sell adjustable engraved bracelets. Each order is supplied as described on the product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible, though slight variations in colour and finish may occur.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%.

Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. The total you see before confirming your order is the total you pay — we don't add charges later.

4. Placing an order

Your order is accepted once payment has gone through and you've received a confirmation email from us.

We may refuse or cancel an order if there's been a pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if the item is unavailable. If we do, you'll be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full when you place your order, using any of the methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage stays with us until the goods reach you.

7. Cancelling your order

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and 60 days under our money-back guarantee. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If they aren't, you have the right to:

• reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
• after 30 days, ask for a repair or replacement — and if that isn't possible, a refund
• bring a claim for up to 6 years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (5 years in Scotland)

Our 60-day money-back guarantee sits on top of these rights and doesn't replace or limit them.

9. Our responsibility

We're responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to meet these terms.

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. If something goes wrong

Email us at Alivenzo.shop@gmx.fr and we'll do our best to put it right quickly.

If we can't resolve things between us, you can get free, impartial advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, 0808 223 1133), who can refer the matter to Trading Standards.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. As a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
