Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom.

Processing your order

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is [3–5] working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing or carrier delays. If we haven't delivered within 30 days, you can cancel your order for a full refund.

Where your order ships from

Orders are dispatched from our supplier's facility outside the UK. Alivenzo remains the seller and your single point of contact from order to delivery.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Import VAT and customs charges

For orders of £135 or less, UK VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, email us at Alivenzo.shop@gmx.fr with your order number and we'll look into it.

Goods remain our responsibility until they reach you. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
